Privacy

We store your account (email, name, password hash) and your leads (name, source, notes, status, and scheduled reminders). Your lead data is used solely to generate follow-up messages for you and is never sold or shared. Messages are delivered by you through your own channels. You may delete your account and all data at any time by contacting us.

Terms of Service

LeadFollowUp provides message templates and reminders; you are responsible for the messages you send and for complying with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws in your jurisdiction. We do not guarantee that follow-up will result in jobs. The service is provided "as is". Paid subscriptions are billed by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) under their terms; you can cancel at any time.
