Privacy

We store your account (email, name, password hash) and your campaigns (names, offers, prospect lists, and generated emails). Your prospect data is used solely to generate your emails and is never sold or shared. When no AI key is configured, generation runs in template mode on our servers. You can delete your account and all data at any time by contacting us.

Terms of Service

ColdEmailKit generates draft emails that you are responsible for reviewing before sending. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding commercial email (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and similar) and must not use the service for deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful outreach. You are solely responsible for the content you send and for the sender infrastructure you use. The service is provided "as is". Paid subscriptions are billed by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) under their terms; you can cancel at any time.
